Is there a refund or cancellation policy for tickets?

We understand that plans can change, but unfortunately, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or cancellations for passes. However, to give you some peace of mind, we offer an optional cancellation insurance. For just €20, you can add this insurance during your pass purchase, allowing you to cancel for free if necessary. What do I need to pick up my wristband?

You'll need to present a valid ID at the event's welcome desk. The name on your ID must match the name on your ticket, otherwise, you won't be able to collect your wristband.

Are there age restrictions for attendees?

We recommend comfortable clothing and dance shoes that allow for easy movement. For social events, you may want to dress up a bit, but comfort is key! We will announce party themes closer to the event, so keep an eye out for updates on what to wear!

Yes, you can! By purchasing the Affinity Pass, you'll have access to two bootcamps of your choice. However, if additional spots remain available for other bootcamps, we will offer them for sale on our platform closer to the event.
